Carol Skyring, Founder & CEO
Carol Skyring Carol is an experienced educator and businesswoman who has been involved in the design, application and effective use of eCollaboration since 1986. She was heavily involved in the foundation of the industry in Australia.

Carol holds a Dip T; Grad Dip Dist Ed; B Ed & M Ed (Research) - her thesis investigated the nature of interaction in videoconferencing. She has been published in numerous journals and is a frequent speaker at international conferences, having most recently given papers in seven countries both in person and via videoconference.

Carol was Executive Director of the Australasian Teleconferencing Association 1995 - 1998 and was Chair of its Education Committee from 1992 - 1994. She is currently the Executive Officer for the Learning Technologies User Group. She is an active member of numerous industry panels, boards and committees.


Megan Littman, Events Manager
Megan is an experienced Instructional Designer with more than ten years' experience in web-based training delivery. Megan holds a Bachelor of Teaching and a Graduate Certificate in Instructional Design. To expand and complement her design and delivery skills, Megan is currently studying for a Diploma of Interactive Digital Media.

Although Megan's principle expertise lies in consultancy and web-based instructional solutions, she also brings to the LearnTel team experience in organising in-house and off-site workshops.


Lawrence Lukito, Web Manager
Lawrence Lukito Lawrence has extensive IT experience gained from small, government and large corporations.

His website programming expertise include ColdFusion, .NET C#, JavaScript, CSS and TSQL (SQL Server). He is also highly experienced in business analysis, database designs, hardware / network support, and project management.

Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Computing, Diploma in IT Professional Practice degree from the University of Technology, Sydney. This is combined with a Graduate Diploma in Management degree from the Australian Graduate School of Management. Hence, his Business/IT skills and experience have contributed significantly in the planning, development and implementation of highly successful and cost-effective business-aligned IT solutions.


Julia Dineen, Graphic Artist
Julia Dineen Design Julia has been responsible for all of our fabulous artwork for the past 6 years. She has her own design business: Julia Dineen design.

Julia is a freelance graphic designer based in Hobart. Graduating with a Bachelor in Fine Arts from The University of Tasmania in 2001, specialising in print media, corporate brochures, logos, books, websites, wedding stationery and signage. Julia works closely alongside her clients to develop and create unique designs that communicate in today¹s contemporary environment with an artistic edge.


Catriona Pollard, PR Consultant
Catriona Pollard Catriona has managed our PR since 2005. She has her own PR business: CP Communications

Catriona has 15 years experience in developing and managing public relations and marketing programs. Prior to establishing CP Communications in 2001, Catriona set up the marketing communications department for a leading software company and managed a diverse range of accounts within PR agencies. She also has extensive experience in managing public affairs and marketing in federal and state governments.

She regularly authors articles on PR and marketing, which are published in many business publications. Catriona has won an award in the Public Relations Institute Association Awards for Excellence and holds a BA and a Graduate Diploma in Professional Communication.
